What is Still Point? It is the source of our true nature. Intuitively, we are connected to this source, and within each of us is the capacity to be:
- * free from pain, doubt, suffering caused by self-limiting concepts and beliefs
- * experiencing the potential for joy, love, bliss and deep happiness, and
- * experiencing life with wonder and rapture
Yet in the world today stress, constant stimulation, worry, anxiety, uncertainty and fear are overwhelmingly present to distract us from our real selves. Some of us may find ourselves using unhealthy means or bad habits to find relaxation and relief from anxiety and fear. In doing so, we may temporarily numb our feelings, but also increase our unhappiness. Is it inevitable to suffer from what we cannot control? Most certainly not! It is by connecting to what we have forgotten; and once known, we are able to experience that place of inner and outer peace and are freed to once again deeply enjoy life.
