Facilitation methods used in counseling sessions vary with the needs and wants of the client.  They may include:

• the Chinese 5-Elements. 

Clients are taught simple methods they themselves can use as healing/learning tools.

Through the sacredness of ceremony and ritual, your spirit can celebrate and integrate this new awareness of empowerment, wisdom, love, and abundance into your life.

During private sessions, information is gathered and fed back for clearer understanding of the issues and what is needed for the resolution of the difficulties.  An assessment is made and an agreement reached with each client as to the length of your work together and the treatments used.

Sessions are 90 minutes in length and can be held either in person or over the phone.
